REFUND POLICY

Plus is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, who handles refunds for us.

Within 14 days

If Plus is not for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and that payment is refunded in full, no questions asked. This holds for the first payment and for each renewal.

After that

Cancel at any time from your account page: no further payment is taken, and Plus lasts to the end of the period already paid for. Periods already paid for are not refunded after 14 days, except where the law where you live says otherwise, or where we end the service, in which case the unused part is refunded.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or use the link in Paddle's receipt. A refund goes back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.
